We hope you enjoy your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations.

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Email us within 2 business days of delivery for any defects or issues.

If you need to make a return:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds. All returns will receive store credit via email. Store credit is just like cash and never expires. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.
  • We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for return costs.
  • Any additional postage purchased is non-refundable.
  • Please include your name, email,and order number for smooth processing.
  • We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
  • Store credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.

If you receive a defective item:

Please contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the defective item showing the issue and a brief description of the defect.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Any sale item
  • Anything marked final sale
  • Accessories (Jewelry, Bags, Hats, Drinkware)
  • Anything purchased with a discount of 20% or higher
